Eija Feodoroff has spent more than 30 years on one question: what actually makes a good strike of the ball, and how do you teach it so it holds up in a match?
The work spans youth academies, senior club football and national team environments, with more than a thousand players and over eighty clubs. Alongside player coaching, a large part of the practice is educating coaches so clubs can carry the method forward themselves.
Sessions in English are available for professional and semi-professional players, and for coaching staff who want their technical work reviewed.
